The individual will be able to design, plan and conduct in vitro ADME experiments to support projects and contribute to degrader drug discovery project teams. The individual will have proven skills in the areas of in vitro screening in the hit to lead and lead optimization phases of discovery. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, writing reports and gathering data for presentation in the project meeting setting.

A BS/MS in pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry or related disciplines, with ≥ 3 years of bioanalytical industry experience.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in the use of LC-MS/MS instruments and techniques as applicable to ADME Assays
• Solid understanding of in-vitro ADME assays for small molecules including microsomal and hepatocyte-based metabolic stability, metabolite profiling, protein-binding and permeability
• Experience with animal models for DMPK and PKPD and translation into humans would be beneficial
• Experience with proteomics is desirable
• Self-starter and independent thinker
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
